Global Scot Joe Bradley from the World Intellectual Property Organisation is visiting Glasgow on the 16th and 17th of August and has offered to meet some local companies to offer advice and guidance.

Joe Bradley biography
Joe works for the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), a specialised agency of the United Nations. His main role is in developing the Organization's links with external stakeholders, such as the UN and its agencies and other intergovernmental organizations such as the World Trade Organisation. A focus of this work is in building partnerships with the public and private sector, and mobilizing resources in support of WIPO's work to help developing countries use the international intellectual property system to support their economic, cultural and social development. Joe's particular interests are in the role of science, technology and innovation in development
Before working for WIPO, Joe worked for the UK Diplomatic Service covering a range of jobs at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London and at Embassies and Missions in Geneva, Berlin, Vienna, and Lusaka.
