Since the formal launch on the 11th Feb, the Food & Health Innovation Service has been successfully ramping up activity, providing bespoke support to growth focused Scottish food and drink companies seeking to develop healthy/healthier products.
The project - led by Campden BRI - directly supports Scottish food and drink companies seeking to exploit the burgeoning market for healthy food and drink products, estimated to be worth £20bn in the UK and over £300bn globally.
The project is brought to you by Scottish Enterprise and Scotland Food & Drink and provides, for the first time, a seamless range of practical support measures to help Scottish companies fully realise their growth potential in this marketplace.
Support is available to companies across the food and drink supply chain, whether they are seeking to maximise the opportunity in naturally healthy food and drink products, develop leading edge functional foods or reformulate existing products.
