Social Media

Social networking is basically people having conversations online. These conversations can take a variety of forms. It can be a great way to engage with customers, partners & stakeholders if done in the right way. There are many benefits to using social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, for use in a business context. There are some important guidelines you should follow when using any social networking site.

But first, you might want to learn a bit more about these sites and what they can offer. There is lots of information on the web but this guide aims to provide enough information for you to get started.
